So what next?

  1. Give us a call or drop us an email to discuss your event, budget and we will then prepare you a bespoke quotation based on your specific requirements and ideas.
  2. We can chat lots and make any necessary changes to your requirements (including a bespoke floorplan) until you are happy and then (and only then) we will require a deposit to be paid to secure your date in the diary (how exciting!)
  3. If you have a specific venue or site in mind we will need to do a site visit to measure up and make sure it’s suitable for the tipis in terms of access, ground level and conditions. If you haven’t got a site in mind, we work with lots of different types of venues, from wide open fields to grand stately home and halls.
  4. Once we have visited the site or venue we will recommend the optimum formation, whether that’s in a line, triangle or curve.
  5. During the months leading up to your event or big day, we are happy to answer any queries you have and give any further guidance required on floor plans and layout. We will also agree the logistics of set up and take down.
  6. Three weeks before your event we will require the final remaining pennies.
  7. T-Minus 2-3 days before your event or big day, our team will arrive and set up the tipis, always allowing at least one day for them to be dressed and styled.
  8. The period of hire will begin when the tipis are handed over to you for your lovely event and ends when we return to hear all about your event and load the tipis onto our lorry.
  9. The ‘take down’ is generally the day after your event or big day, however if our tipis are available and it is required, we can discuss the potential of having them a little longer
