About Us

Peaktipis is the brainchild of Matthew and Duncan, who have been close friends for more than 15 years. They shared a vision of breaking away from their mundane six day-a-week jobs and realising their dream of helping people create beautiful and unique event venues. This dream began five years ago. But it wasn’t until 2010, whilst at a family party, that Matthew and Duncan decided the time was right to finally pursue their plan.

Peaktipis is a family business to the core, with both Matthew’s and Duncan’s partners having active day-to-day roles. This results in an enthusiastic, friendly and personal service which sets Peaktipis apart from our competitors.

We strive to create a unique experience for you and your guests and the key to achieving this is our attention-to-detail. Matthew and Duncan both have a background in the construction industry and understand that you are only as good as your last job. Everything they do is geared towards building a reputation based on quality and working to the highest possible standard.
